We are currently seeking a Business Analysis Advisor to join our team in Bangalore/Gurgaon, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

The Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between clients, development teams, and internal/external stakeholders. The individual must possess strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills, along with solid domain understanding in Banking, Financial Services, and Investments. The role requires hands-on involvement across requirement discovery, analysis, validation, testing, and traceability.

Key Responsibilities : ·

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements with defined acceptance criteria.

• Identify testing areas, including functional, non-functional, UI, and regression scenarios.

• Design detailed test cases for Functional, UI, and Regression testing activities.

• Execute test cases, document results, and report defects with clarity and accuracy.

• Track, follow up, and drive defect resolution to closure across teams.

• Maintain end-to-end traceability using project management and lifecycle tools.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are accurately represented.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth handover of deliverables.

• Possess expert-level knowledge in Financial Services, specifically Wealth Management.

• Prior experience with SEI Investments is an added advantage.
