We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Barreal, Heredia, Costa Rica.

Business Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst will possess strong communication skills and be comfortable engaging with both business stakeholders and IT teams.

Position overview

This role involves collecting user feedback, conducting surveys, and assisting in the evaluation of technology solutions to enhance business processes.

Position's General Duties and Tasks:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Conduct user feedback sessions and surveys to assess user needs and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with both business and IT teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and improve user experience.
• Work independently to manage tasks and deliverables within established timelines.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends that can benefit the organization.

Qualifications

Must have Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in collecting user feedback and conducting surveys.
• A keen interest in technology and its applications in business.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) concepts and mockups is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Must have Skills:

• Experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development processes and project management.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or undergraduate.
