We are currently seeking a Responsive Web Designer (RWD) to join our team in Barreal de Heredia, Costa Rica.

*NOTE* If you are open to Remote/ Work from Home please just indicate only the Country.

• Reviewing the existing website and leading a comprehensive redesign to improve the overall user experience.
• The Web Designer will conduct focus groups or interviews with heavy users to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Based on research and findings, the Web Designer will present recommendations to leadership and secure buy-in for proposed changes.
• The Web Designer will design web page layouts and online content, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, content, and infrastructure for new product releases and web-hosted offerings.
• The role involves building out all mockups and finalized designs in Figma, ensuring artifacts are structured for collaboration and future use by other team members.
• The individual is expected to understand organizational strategy and objectives and align their work accordingly, making decisions with minimal supervision and following established guidelines and procedures. 

• Experience as a User Designer, Interaction Designer, or User Experience Designer/Architect
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and current global UI/design pattern standards
• Experience designing websites and UIs for applications, incorporating business, technical, and design guideline constraints
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing and redesigning websites to improve user experience
• Proven ability to conduct user research, including focus groups or interviews, and translate findings into actionable design decisions
• Experience building interactive prototypes and finalized mockups in Figma, with artifacts suitable for team collaboration and reuse
• Ability to present recommendations to leadership and gain buy-in
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

• Ability to be flexible in a very fluid and dynamic environment
• Must be extremely well-organized and capable of handling multiple (and sometimes conflicting) priorities effectively
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Bachelor's Degree
