We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Consultant Analyst to join our team in Belen, Heredia (CR-H), Costa Rica (CR).
Role Overview
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of the global Salesforce (Client CRM) platform. The role will support dealer sales, service, and internal business teams by ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and system stability across the organization.
This position works closely with IT, Dealer Development, Marketing, and Global CRM teams, as well as the Global Master Data Management (MDM) function.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Administration & Support (Primary Focus)
- Act as the primary Salesforce Administrator for the region
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Maintain system configuration (no heavy custom development expected)
- Provide day-to-day platform support and issue resolution
- Customize page layouts, fields, Reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with IT on integrations and system synchronization issues
2. Rollout & User Adoption
- Support Salesforce enhancements and rollout activities
- Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders
- Deliver user training for dealership admins and internal teams
- Develop and maintain training materials
- Drive standardization and CRM adoption across departments
3. Data Integrity & Master Data Management (MDM)
- Ensure accuracy and quality of organizational and customer data
- Maintain dealer hierarchy and affiliations
- Partner with Global MDM team to improve data governance
- Monitor and continuously improve data quality
4. Reporting & Business Support
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Support business users with reporting needs
- Provide insights to support decision-making
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for enhancements/releases
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Hands-on experience with: User management, Reporting & dashboards, Data management and governance
- Experience supporting global or multi-regional users is preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- Strong knowledge of: Salesforce Sales Cloud (core CRM functionalities), Roles, profiles, permission sets, Report and dashboard creation
- Understanding of: System integrations, Data quality and MDM processes
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills (technical + business audiences)
- Ability to lead training sessions and user enablement
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams
Minimum Required Certifications
Based on the responsibilities explicitly described in the thread (administration, user management, reporting, and platform support), the following certifications are recommended as minimum baseline (industry-aligned for this role):
Must Have
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Core certification covering user management, security, automation, and reporting)
Strongly Recommended
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (For deeper configuration, automation, and advanced features)
- Salesforce Platform App Builder (Useful for customization and supporting enhancements without development)
Nice-to-Have
- Salesforce Data Architect (or relevant data/MDM exposure)
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
