We are currently seeking a Network & Telecom Project Analyst (Hybrid) to join our team in Belen, Heredia (CR-H), Costa Rica (CR).

Position Overview
Join our Network and Voice Services team as a key driver of end-to-end service delivery. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business needs, ensuring that network services are delivered with high quality, cost-efficiency, and strategic alignment. You will be the primary point of contact for MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disconnections), managing the lifecycle of network services while balancing stakeholder expectations and project timelines.
Work Arrangement
  • Mode: Hybrid.
  • In-Office Requirement: This position requires visiting the office twice a week to collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder & Project Management: Lead communications between business units, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure network projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Service Delivery Liaison: Act as the strategic link between global suppliers and internal engineering teams to facilitate seamless service implementation.
  • Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full MACD process for network circuits, ensuring requests from the business are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Financial Stewardship: Request and analyze circuit quotations to provide business partners with accurate financial data and ensure billing alignment with physical inventory.
  • Cost Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies during the implementation of network projects.
  • Metrics & Oversight: Design and maintain operational metrics to monitor service performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a large-scale IT/Telecom environment, specifically supporting business or financial processes.
  • Telecom Expertise: Proficient knowledge of telecommunications products (Extranet, Point-to-Point, Cross-connects) and IT infrastructure environments.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical or financial information to diverse stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Project Mindset: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes without direct authority over cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) for data visualization and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Project Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing technical projects or Project Management certifications (PMP/CAPM).
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese is a significant plus.
Education Requirements
  • B.S./B.A. degree preferred; however, a strong track record of relevant experience and proven results is highly valued.
