  • Validate reporting dimensions, hierarchies, chart of accounts, ledgers, legal entities, business units, project dimensions, employee dimensions, and EPM metadata alignment.
  • Coordinate EPM metadata migration or rebuild, including members, hierarchies, forms, business rules, calculations, security, data maps, integrations, and Smart View packages.
  • Define reporting security requirements, including data access by ledger, business unit, project, department, cost center, legal entity, and HR security context.
  • Coordinate with technical developers to migrate or rebuild OTBI, BI Publisher, extracts, OIC integrations, bursting, and scheduling.
  • Lead report validation against source reports and conversion reconciliation reports across mock cycles.

  • Support hypercare for report defects, metadata mismatches, security issues, missing schedules, and data reconciliation variances.

Required skills and experience

  • Experience with finance and operational reporting in Oracle Fusion across GL, AP, AR, Projects, Procurement, HCM, and Payroll.
  • Understanding of EPM metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, data forms, calculations, data loads, and security.
  • Ability to rationalize large report inventories and define target-state reporting scope for a carve-out.
  • Experience validating reports against migrated data, source reports, balances, and operational control totals.
  • Good understanding of reporting security and segregation of duties in a separated environment.
  • Ability to lead business workshops, report fit-gap analysis, test planning, and signoff.
  • Strong communication skills for finance, HR, procurement, projects, and executive stakeholders.
