We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Architect Sr. Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, India, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end ERP transformation solutions aligned to manufacturing business models—covering finance, procurement, inventory, production planning, shop floor execution, and supply chain management.
• Define transformation strategies that combine ERP modernization with process redesign and BPaaS enablement for functions like order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, make-to-order, and inventory-to-fulfillment.
• Partner with BPO delivery and operations teams to create integrated tech + ops models that improve throughput, standardization, and operational agility.
• Lead executive-level solution workshops with IT and business stakeholders to define target states, operating models, and KPIs.
• Support presales activities, including solutioning for RFPs, developing deal-specific architectures, and presenting value propositions to global manufacturing clients.
• Ensure ERP solutions are designed to support multi-plant, multi-country, and multi-entity operations, with scalable governance and compliance.
• Collaborate with platform, data, integration, and automation teams to develop composite solutions across ERP, MES, PLM, and SCM layers.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of ERP solution architecture experience with platforms such as SAP (S/4HANA), Oracle Cloud ERP, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing industry processes, plant-level operations, global supply chains, and logistics.
• Knowledge of BPO/BPaaS operating models in manufacturing—e.g., outsourced procurement, finance shared services, or logistics execution.
• Experience with ERP rollout strategies, brownfield/greenfield deployments, and carve-out or M&A-led transformations.
• Strong presales background and executive presence to lead client conversations and co-create transformation roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ERP certifications (SAP Solution Architect, Oracle Cloud ERP Consultant, etc.).
• Familiarity with shop floor systems (MES), IoT integration, and digital thread initiatives.
• Experience in intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, and analytics-led operations.
• TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks.
