We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Architect Sr. Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, India, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead the implementation of Salesforce-based CRM ecosystems across insurance business lines (Life, P&C, Health, Reinsurance).
• Design unified solutions combining policyholder engagement, agent/broker portals, underwriting CRM, claims servicing, and campaign management.
• Define transformation approaches that integrate Salesforce CRM with BPO/BPaaS delivery—including omnichannel CX, FNOL, claims servicing, policy administration, and renewals.
• Lead presales engagements, proposal development, and CXO-level solution presentations.
• Integrate CRM with insurance core platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco) and customer data platforms (CDP).
• Ensure CRM architecture addresses compliance (e.g., GDPR, NAIC, state DOIs) and performance SLA requirements.
• Develop reusable CRM blueprints, accelerators, and verticalized solution patterns for insurance processes.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years in CRM solutioning with at least 6+ years in Salesforce architecture (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
• Experience architecting CRM for insurance operations, across new business, underwriting, servicing, and claims.
• Knowledge of BPO/BPaaS service models, process orchestration, and workflow automation in the insurance context.
• Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, and modern CX stacks (CDP, chatbot, IVR, CTI).
• Strong consulting, presales, and client-facing presentation skills with demonstrated success in closing CRM-led deals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Architect or Consultant certifications.
• Experience with insurance data models, ACORD standards, and modern core platforms.
• Prior involvement in digital transformation, front-office automation, or intelligent customer ops.
