We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Architect Sr. Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, India, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable, API-driven digital commerce platforms using headless and composable architecture models.
• Define customer journeys, personalization strategies, and digital CX blueprints across B2B and B2C scenarios.
• Lead commerce modernization initiatives involving re-platforming, D2C launches, B2B portal digitization, and unified storefront rollouts.
• Evaluate and integrate with commerce engines (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce, commercetools, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus).
• Design and orchestrate front-end experiences with React, Angular, Next.js, etc., decoupled from backend commerce logic.
• Integrate with CDPs, loyalty systems, PIM/MDM, OMS, CPQ, and payment gateways to deliver seamless commerce experiences.
• Own presales solution design, estimation, and client-facing workshops and demonstrate measurable value across digital KPIs (conversion, CAC, LTV, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to enable rich and responsive digital commerce ecosystems.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in digital commerce and CX solution architecture.
• Expertise in headless and composable commerce stacks using JAMstack, MACH principles.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, middleware, and microservices-based integrations.
• Strong experience integrating commerce platforms with marketing tech (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Excellent client-facing and presales experience with proven ability to influence CXO stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, or commercetools.
• Experience with multi-region, multi-brand, or multi-language commerce architectures.
• Exposure to AR/VR, live shopping, or conversational commerce is a plus.
