Digital Solution Architect Sr. Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect full-stack custom solutions tailored to client-specific functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead technology selection, design patterns, coding frameworks, and architectural standards across diverse stacks (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, Python, React/Angular, mobile frameworks).
• Implement and oversee DevOps pipelines including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, test automation, and containerization.
• Guide developers, testers, and SREs on coding best practices, secure development, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product owners and enterprise architects to align tech design with business objectives.
• Mentor development teams and conduct code/architecture reviews to uphold delivery excellence.

Required Skills:

• Deep hands-on expertise in at least two enterprise-grade programming stacks (e.g., Java/Spring, .NET Core, Python, Node.js).
• Experience designing and deploying on public and hybrid cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency in DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Understanding of modern architecture patterns: microservices, event-driven, serverless.
• Expertise in technical solutions writing and presenting using tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio etc.
• High level of executive presence to be able to articulate the solutions to CXO level executives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong grounding in Agile methodologies, secure coding, and test-driven development.
• Certifications in cloud development and DevOps toolchains.
• Exposure to AI/ML or IoT integration is a plus.
