We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Architect Sr. Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, India, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead presales and solutioning for database transformation, modernization, and managed services deals across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.
• Design and present comprehensive DBaaS, data platform, and reliability solutions, covering high availability, backup/recovery, security, and scalability.
• Architect cloud-native database solutions using AWS RDS/Aurora, Azure SQL, GCP Cloud SQL/Spanner, and integrate with IaC frameworks (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
• Create observability and SRE-aligned application reliability strategies using monitoring tools such as Foglight, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
• Define and propose managed services blueprints covering L1-L3 support, patching, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring.
• Support RFP responses, effort estimations, architecture diagrams, and transition models.
• Conduct client workshops to assess current state, identify reliability gaps, and co-develop improvement roadmaps using site reliability engineering (SRE) principles.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 7+ years in database architecture/administration and application reliability engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and at least one NoSQL database (MongoDB, Cassandra, Cosmos DB, etc.).
• Proven experience with cloud database services and migration strategies (lift-shift, replatform, refactor).
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud-native templates.
• Proficiency with monitoring/observability platforms such as Foglight, OEM, Prometheus, Nagios, AppDynamics, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of disaster recovery planning, high availability (HA), and performance tuning in production environments.
• Excellent client-facing and presales solutioning experience, including CXO-level presentations and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Master/Professional, AWS/GCP/Azure Database Specialty, or HashiCorp Terraform Associate.
• Experience supporting DevOps/DevSecOps integration for data platforms.
• Exposure to AIOps and predictive analytics for database performance and reliability improvement.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (ITIL), and SLAs/KPIs for database and app support services.
