We are currently seeking a AI/ML developer or Technical Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a unique blend of management expertise and technical proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role will lead initiatives to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions, including intelligent agents, automation frameworks, and scalable architectures. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can bridge business needs with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy
• Define and execute the AI roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Technical Expertise
• Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent systems for automation and decision-making.
• Architect scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, machine learning models, and APIs.
• Ensure robust integration of AI components into existing IT infrastructure.
• Solution Development
• Structure end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Establish best practices for AI governance, security, and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in AI-focused roles.
• Proven experience in AI agent development, LLM integration, and solution architecture.
• Strong programming skills (Python, Java, or similar) and familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI deployment.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and conversational AI.
• Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD for AI solutions.
