We are currently seeking a Agile Delivery Manager - Finance AI Strategy & Innovation to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description: Agile Delivery Manager – Finance AI Strategy & Innovation

Day-to-Day Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance AI initiatives from discovery through implementation, adoption, and outcome tracking.
  • Establish and lead a new squad, defining purpose, governance, roles, accountabilities, and ways of working.
  • Translate ambiguous business and AI opportunities into prioritized roadmaps, backlogs, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • Manage scope, capacity, risks, dependencies, blockers, and trade-offs, providing clear recommendations and escalation where required.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across Finance, Product, Data, Architecture, Engineering, Risk, and external partners.
  • Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain delivery transparency through Jira, reporting dashboards, governance updates, and outcome tracking.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading complex technology, transformation, data, or AI-enabled delivery programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience establishing new squads, delivery models, products, or programs from early-stage or undefined environments.
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguity, structure complex problems, and drive decisions with incomplete information.
  • Expertise in delivery management, including planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, and execution.
  • Strong Agile and Scrum delivery experience with a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across business and technology teams.
  • Working knowledge of AI, data, automation, or emerging technology delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to SAP Finance environments, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and Finance processes such as Record to Report (R2R).
  • Understanding of broader SAP ecosystem and related business processes.
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and delivery frameworks from the ground up.
  • Strong focus on business value realization, continuous improvement, and outcome-based delivery.
