Job Description:

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python/C#).

- Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)

- Identify, analyze, and report bugs and issues to the development team

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing for web and window applications

- Collaborate with manual testers to identify test automation opportunities

- Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability of requirements

- Analyze and document test results and create detailed defect reports

- Support enhancement of existing automated processes

Mandatory Skillset:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience on Automation using Java, Javascript/Typescript, TDD, Jenkins Selenium

- Minimum of 2 years experience in Web Application automation

- Knowledge of DevOps (Jenkins, Github, Maven)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with API testing using Postman or Rest Assured

- Knowledge on Mainframe and Widows application Automation

Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Very good communication and articulation skills

- High attention to detail and quality orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification

- Prior experience in Automation of banking programs

Other Job Requirements:

- Willingness to work from the Global Village campus in Bangalore

- Flexibility to work in US shift hours, specifically:

- 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM IST (equivalent to 4:30 AM to 2:00 PM EST)

- IST shift timings will be adjusted in accordance with Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes

- Hybrid work model: Required to work in office 3 days per week

- Must be ready to work full-time from the office during the initial transition phase (approximately 2 months)
