We are currently seeking a Configuration Senior Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Flexera and/or Snow Software
• Strong knowledge of:
• SAM platform architecture and data models
• Discovery tools and data ingestion mechanisms
• On-prem, virtualized, and cloud environments
• Experience integrating Flexera/Snow with ServiceNow ITAM / CMDB
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with APIs, web services, and automation frameworks

Platform & Infrastructure Knowledge

• Windows and Linux server environments
• Database administration basics (SQL Server / Oracle preferred)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for inventory and usage data
• Security-aware platform operations (access controls, data handling)

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage technical ownership
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in global, enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Flexera or Snow Software technical certifications
• ServiceNow ITAM/SAM technical certification
• Experience with Power BI or enterprise reporting tools
