We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Analyst - Invoice Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description: Invoice Coordinator

The Invoice Coordinator is responsible for managing, reviewing, reconciling and approving invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payment. This role acts as a key liaison between our partner, delivery, and the finance team, ensuring that invoicing workflows run smoothly and align with company policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
• Reconcile with purchase orders, contracts, and delivery tickets
• Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with vendors, finance, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, and support documentation
• Monitor invoice status and follow up on pending approvals or outstanding issues
• Support month-end and year-end closing by providing invoice data and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Continuously improving invoicing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Education
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in IT, accounts payable, invoicing, or finance operations
• Experience working with service delivery of IT services

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset for resolving invoice discrepancies
