We are currently seeking a Global Compensation Technology & Enablement Lead to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Global Compensation Technology & Enablement Lead
The Global Compensation Technology & Enablement Lead will design, optimize, and deliver the tools and technology that power our rewards programs and processes.
In this role, you’ll ensure seamless execution of our compensation cycles, and enhancing the employee and manager experience through intuitive, efficient, and future-ready solutions. You’ll be constantly exploring opportunities to simplify and streamline processes using technology, automation, and AI, ensuring our systems and data infrastructure can scale with the business.
You’ll have the opportunity to use technology to amplify impact, and you will play a key role in shaping how our newly unified global company delivers compensation with purpose, precision, and ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Partners with HRIS to define the strategy, design, and management of the technology, tools, and systems that support global Total Rewards programs and capabilities (e.g., HRIS compensation modules, data dashboards, predictive analytics, process automation, automated audits, etc).
Partner with the Global Compensation team and across the Total Rewards COE to ensure systems effectively enable processes like, but not limited to, salary planning, benchmarking, market analysis, pay governance, and job architecture.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline processes through automation, self-service capabilities, AI, and emerging technologies.
Drive system integration and alignment across global regions to support a consistent, scalable, and intuitive compensation experience.
Partner with HRIS, IT, Finance, and regional Total Rewards teams to ensure systems are optimized for data integrity, user experience, and business insight.
Own the roadmap for compensation tools and systems enhancements and upgrades, including vendor evaluations, implementation, and ongoing support.
Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, tools, templates, and training to support effective system use and adoption across the company.
Use analytics and insights to identify pain points and opportunities across the compensation lifecycle and recommend data-driven improvements.
Ensure alignment with security, privacy, and compliance standards globally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
7+ years of experience in HR technology, compensation operations, or Total Rewards systems in large, global organizations.
Proven experience with HCM and compensation planning systems.
Strong understanding of compensation processes and how technology can enable and enhance them.
A track record of leveraging automation, AI, and process design to improve efficiency and user experience.
Experience managing global projects and navigating complex, matrixed environments.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and creating user-centered experiences.
A global mindset and ability to balance enterprise needs with local nuances.
