Senior Workday Talent Management Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Talent Management Consultant to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday Talent solutions. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and Talent leaders, driving digital talent transformation initiatives and enabling organizations to maximize workforce performance, career growth, succession readiness, skills visibility, and internal mobility.


Key Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of Workday Talent Management experience and 8+ years of overall HR Technology or HCM consulting experience.
  • Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Workday implementations.
  • Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Workday Talent Management solutions.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Management, and Business Leaders to define and optimize talent processes.
  • Drive talent transformation initiatives aligned with business and workforce strategies.
  • Workday Talent Configuration and maintain Workday Talent modules including: Performance Management, Goals Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning , Career Development and other business objects.
  • Able Conduct requirements gathering, workshops, and fit-gap analysis sessions.
  • Design scalable, best-practice solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation.
  • Develop talent dashboards, reports, and workforce insights.
  • Provide analytics on performance, succession readiness, skills, talent mobility, and employee development.
  • Support data-driven talent decision-making.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities.
  • Assess Workday releases and recommend adoption of new Talent features and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR COEs, HR Business Partners, IT teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise on Workday Talent solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support project delivery teams.
  • Additional Requirements

    • Must be willing to work from the office 5 days a week.
    • Must be able to work from Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad.
    • Flexibility to support business-critical activities, including financial close cycles, production deployments, and system upgrades outside regular business hours when required.
