Executive Briefing Center (EBC) India Marketing Specialist will work with the delivery teams and client executives and will be on point for managing client visits (in-person/virtual) within India. This position will report to the Sr. Director, India EBC and Global CSR, Marketing and Communications. We are looking for someone with strong experience in project management & calendar management. Furthermore, prior experience within an IT services environment will be a plus. This position will be part of the team that manages client visits to India. This role requires physical presence at an office during in-person client visits but also has some flexibility to be remote for virtual/virtually managed visits. This person will interface with our delivery teams in managing the requirements prior to a visit all the way thru the visit and furthermore, work on Customer Satisfaction surveys to keep gain feedback for future process improvements.
The Client Visit Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing client visits to India, providing top-tier service and coordinating all aspects of the visit. This role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work closely with various teams to ensure successful and strategic client interactions. The Executive Briefing Center (EBC) India Marketing Specialist will work closely with delivery teams and client executives, managing client visits—both in-person and virtual—within India. This position reports to the Sr. Director, India EBC and Global CSR, Marketing and Communications.
We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in project management and calendar management. Previous experience within an IT services environment is highly desirable. This role necessitates physical presence at the office during in-person client visits, with flexibility to work remotely for virtual visits.
The specialist will collaborate with our delivery teams, managing requirements from the planning stages through the visit itself, and will handle Customer Satisfaction surveys to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities might include:
- Provide comprehensive white glove treatment to visiting clients.
- Maintain detailed reports of all client visits.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to plan and strategize client visits.
- Ensure all logistical aspects of the visit are executed accurately.
- Continuously enhance the executive briefing center and improve processes.
- Plan and execute strategies to improve client visit experiences.
- Create purchase orders and manage budgets related to client visits.
- Coordinate with hotel and catering partners to ensure high-quality services.
- Assist leaders with time, travel, and expense management.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of client visits.
- Support marketing events and ensure seamless execution.
Skills/Criteria Required:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience with proven ability to independently manage programs.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing IT services or the service industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field of study (Master’s degree is advantageous).
- High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
- Strong capability to visualize, ideate, and creatively manage both in-person and virtual client visits, introducing innovative ideas to enhance client experiences.
- Detail-oriented with excellent calendar and project management skills to drive process efficiency.
- Experience in budget management and familiarity with tools such as Ariba and Concur.
- Flexibility to work some evening hours for communication with the US.
Preferred skills and experience:
- Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to implement client visit programs that drive pipeline development and support business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation.
- Proficient in Martech and CRM systems (such as SFDC, Domo, and others) for reporting and tracking purposes.
