We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
PMO Analyst / PMO Consultant - Transformation Program
Role Summary
Support the Transformation Program Management Office (PMO) by driving program governance, reporting, planning, financial tracking, and RAID management across business and technology workstreams. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate program visibility, effective stakeholder communication, and successful delivery of transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain program plans, milestone trackers, and workstream schedules.
- Consolidate and publish weekly status reports across business and technology workstreams.
- Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), decision, and change-request logs.
- Track deliverables and proactively follow up on action items with workstream leads.
- Support preparation of steering committee, leadership reviews, and governance materials.
- Maintain resource plans and support onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Support program financial reporting, forecasting, and purchase order tracking.
- Maintain program documentation, repositories, and governance artifacts.
- Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Monitor testing, deployment, cutover, and business readiness activities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and management insights for program leadership.
- Provide PMO consulting support to drive governance excellence and program delivery best practices.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or consulting roles supporting large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
- Experience with ERP/SAP or enterprise application implementations preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, geographies, and stakeholders.
- Retail or Consumer Products industry experience is desirable.

- Accurate and timely program reporting and governance support.
- Effective tracking and closure of risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- High data integrity across PMO tools and documentation repositories.
- Timely support for financial, resource, and change management processes.
- Strong stakeholder satisfaction through proactive PMO consulting and coordination.
