We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of proven expertise leading complex transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise change programs, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design and execute change strategies that maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

The Senior OCM Consultant will play a critical role in guiding organizations through digital, process, cultural, and organizational transformations.


Key Responsibilities

1. Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive OCM strategies aligned with program objectives, organizational culture, and readiness levels.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations.
  • Define adoption metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for transformation initiatives.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, program leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop communication plans and materials to drive clarity, alignment, and engagement.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment sessions, steering committee briefings, and stakeholder workshops.

3. Training & Enablement

  • Design and oversee development of training strategies, learning paths, and user enablement plans.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to create training content, user guides, and e-learning modules.
  • Lead Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs and support knowledge transfer activities.

4. Change Execution & Adoption

  • Drive execution of change initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project milestones.
  • Monitor adoption progress and resistance points; develop mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders, managers, and change agents.

5. Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare and deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and decision-support materials.
  • Ensure change activities integrate seamlessly with project and PMO plans.
  • Conduct post-implementation assessments and recommend continuous improvement actions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT Change experience, with 6+ years of Organizational Change Management experience across large-scale and complex programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital transformation, ERP/CRM implementations, business process reengineering, or organizational redesign efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7S, Lewin).
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in matrixed global organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Prosci, ACMP, or related OCM certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in consulting environments or professional services firms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product-based delivery, and change in iterative environments.
  • Strong facilitation skills—workshops, focus groups, leadership sessions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in multi-country or global transformation programs.
