We are currently seeking a Oracle CPQ Developer_ 326031 to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Scope / Deliverables: Routine Support
Provide support for application production environment, resolving issues, and taking preventive and corrective steps in accordance with SLA’s.
Provide Incident and/or problem management for software or configuration defects.
Provide configuration management for modifications required to correct defects/problems. with delivered/implemented functionality.
Update tickets with proposed solution.
Provide Unit Testing for incidents and service requests as required, prior to handing off to PPD to User Acceptance Testing.
Collaborate with internal PPD teams on issues that may involve Interfaces, Middleware, Infrastructure, Database, Security, and others.
Provide updates to functional and technical design documentation.
Work directly with Oracle Support on service requests raise with Oracle for request that fall under PPD’s support contract with Oracle

Routine Maintenance
Perform data integrity checks on the Oracle CPQ system and data fault clearance.
Provide basic PROD application monitoring as mutually agreed upon to PPD Application Manager.
Provide release management services for Oracle CPQ Cloud updates

Enhancement Services
Provide enhancement services for minor enhancements to existing functionality.
Key Skills: Knowledge and experience supporting and developing Oracle CPQ
Incident management, change management, SLA management
Good documentation practices
