Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support project governance, reporting, project controls, and portfolio management activities across technology and transformation programs. The role will focus on maintaining governance standards, producing insightful reporting, and enabling effective decision-making through accurate and timely portfolio information.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain governance artifacts including RAID logs, action trackers, decision registers, milestone trackers, and project documentation.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate project updates from project managers, delivery leads, vendors, and workstream owners.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, executive dashboards, portfolio summaries, and governance packs.
• Support governance meetings through agenda management, minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up coordination.
• Track decisions, approvals, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and project milestones.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure timely submission of governance updates.
• Support portfolio reporting by consolidating information across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Produce reporting that highlights risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, and required management actions.
• Assist with budget tracking, resource reporting, benefits monitoring, and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure project documentation is organized, audit-ready, and compliant with governance standards.
• Support onboarding of projects into PMO frameworks, templates, and reporting processes.
• Drive closure of governance actions and support continuous improvement of PMO processes, dashboards, templates, and reporting standards.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve project visibility, decision-making, and delivery effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer, PMO Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience supporting project governance, project controls, reporting, and portfolio management activities.
• Proven experience maintaining RAID logs, action trackers, decision registers, milestone plans, and governance documentation.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, governance processes, risk management, and reporting disciplines.
• Experience preparing status reports, executive dashboards, governance packs, and portfolio summaries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience coordinating governance meetings, tracking actions, and monitoring follow-ups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge incomplete or inconsistent project updates.
• Experience supporting project documentation, approvals, audit trails, and governance compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
