We are currently seeking a SAP Architect to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Summary

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Source-to-Pay solutions, aligning procurement business processes with enterprise technology platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end S2P architecture (Sourcing → Contracts → Procurement → Invoicing → Payments)
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
• Define integration architecture with ERP, finance, and supplier systems
• Lead S2P platform implementations and provide design governance
• Drive process standardization, automation, and best practices
• Ensure compliance, controls, and data governance across procurement processes

• End-to-end S2P lifecycle expertise:
• Strategic Sourcing
• Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM)
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Procurement policies, compliance, and controls
• Spend analysis and procurement KPIs

Technical Skills

• Hands-on expertise in at least one platform:
• SAP Ariba / S4 Procurement
• Sirion
• Oracle Procurement Cloud
• Ivalua / Jaggaer / GEP
• Integration expertise:
• APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Middleware (Mulesoft, CPI, Boomi)
• EDI/cXML
• ERP integration (SAP / Oracle)
• Data architecture & master data (supplier, catalog, contracts)

Architecture Skills

• Solution blueprinting (HLD/LLD)
• Cloud architecture and SaaS platforms
• Security, compliance, and audit design
• Scalability and performance optimization

Digital & Automation Skills

• AI/ML use cases (spend analytics, supplier risk)
• RPA (invoice processing, workflow automation)
• Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Soft Skills

• Stakeholder management (CPO, Finance, IT)
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking
• Leadership in cross-functional programs

Experience

• 10+ years in procurement/S2P/ERP domain
• 3–5 years in architecture or solution leadership role
• Proven experience in S2P transformation programs

Nice to Have

• S2P platform certifications (Ariba, Sirion, Oracle)
• ESG / supplier risk tools experience
• Global procurement compliance exposure
