We are currently seeking a SAP GRC PS Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

JD:2 SAP GRC PS

hands-on SAP GRC Access Control Consultant to support, enhance and operate the enterprise access governance landscape. The role will configure and support SAP GRC Access Control capabilities across Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management and Business Role Management.

You will work with SAP Security, business stakeholders, role owners, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and technical teams to deliver secure, compliant and auditable access processes across SAP and integrated applications.

 

  • Hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP GRC Process Control solutions, including end-to-end delivery of enhancements from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.
  • Strong experience in analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving SAP GRC Process Control production issues and providing sustainable solutions.
  • Experience in configuring and supporting GRC PC Master data, Control Testing, Assessments, MCP, Surveys, and Certifications within SAP GRC Process Control.
  • Expertise in creating, maintaining, and monitoring Automated Controls (CCMs) in SAP GRC
  • Experience in development and maintenance of compliance dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for management reporting and audit requirements.
  • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, control owners, auditors, and technical teams to deliver compliance and governance solutions.
  • Evaluates business models, processes, and operations to develop a good understanding of business needs and requirements.
  • Perform control testing for both ITAC & ITGC as per the scope and requirement.
  • Work effectively as a team member, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update senior team members on progress of tasks.
  • Conduct research and assist senior team members in preparing business presentations and information memorandums.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the project.
  • Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.

  • Candidate will have minimum 4-8 years of experience in SAP IT Audit with knowledge of IT governance practices.
  • Lead SAP Risk and Controls projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Should have completed at least 2-3 Risk & Control engagements covering pre-& post implementation reviews, assessments, control design and testing for SAP ECC and/or S4 HANA landscape.
  • Perform SAP audits, focusing on system integrity and data accuracy.
  • Design and assess SAP S4 controls, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk and control considerations into broader project objectives.
  • Provide insights on SAP risk and control trends and best practices.
