We are currently seeking a SAP HCM Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Basic Qualifications

§Overall around 5-7 years of experience with Information Technology in SAP HCM area for SAP implementation projects.
§The SAP HCM Consultant will be responsible for completion of the functional requirements and field mapping documentation for the in-scope data objects from HCM workstream.
§This individual will be involved in the development of Business Process Model, End User Training, Documentation and Knowledge Transfer for the SAP HCM workstream.
Mandatory Qualifications
§Around 5 years of SAP experience in time management, payroll and OM&PA, Benefits modules.
§Involved in Blueprint designing, Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live and support Phases in SAP.
§Involved in SAP HR Mini Master for SAP S/4HANA On-Premise Implementation projects
§Good experience on different Time recording methods and Practical experience in integration SAP HR Time management with other time recording systems.
§Extensive work with HR Mini Master.
§Good understanding in configuring and administering Employee self-service (ESS), MSS.
§Implementations including ESS/MSS
§Worked on the Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) modules.
§Significant HR testing experience – Integration Testing, Unit Testing, Parallel Testing, User Acceptance Testing, writing Test Scripts, Test cases  
§Ability in the design of the functional requirements for the interface extraction and cross functional integration as required in the SAP HCM area.
§Interact with the ABAP development team by preparing functional specifications required and delivering them using the functional design documentation (FDD).
§Would be aware of the SAP Activate methodology in use for the SAP S/4HANA projects.
§Responsible for interacting with business partners to identify information needs and business requirements for reports.
§Excellent interpersonal skills, motivated, energetic team player with demonstrated proficiency for learning new tools and business environment with excellent communication and analytical skills.
