Sales - Marketing
This role plays a critical part in supporting marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and email channels to drive the global practice of Apps & BPS brand visibility, thereby promoting lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support positioning and messaging strategies, by leveraging Gartner, McKinsey and Industry benchmarked references
- Develop Growth Ideas & Attack Plan creation
- Create and manage content for blogs, social media, newsletters, product pages, and landing pages.
- Work closely with design and product teams to create marketing collateral, videos, and promotional material.
- Coordinate with global marketing teams to manage social media calendars and execute campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support positioning and messaging strategies, by leveraging Gartner, McKinsey and Industry benchmarked references
Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign ROI using tools
Basic Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing and communication roles
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a tech or B2B environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong sense of design and experience working with creative teams.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising fundamentals.
- Project management skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
