We are currently seeking a Senior MDM Support Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Looking for an Enterprise Data Organization (EDO) Operations Lead who will be responsible for providing an Operations Management structure to MDM capabilities.

The candidate will support and facilitate the EDO governance initiatives and work with relevant stakeholders, IT Leadership and Product teams to efficiently manage risks associated with managing MDM platform. The key governance activities that are expected to be facilitated by this role are:

(1) Adhering to service operations and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization

(2) Work with operations leads and other service owners across the global teams in time zones across US, Europe and Asia

(3) Ensure service operations goals are achieved (SLAs and OLAs)

(4) Analyzing operations risks

(5) Project Transition – take transitions from delivery teams and be the primary support for the application/platform in future.

(6) Govern and monitor data delivery SLAs and communicate to business partners

(7) Perform impact analysis of a new change to the data platform

(8) Independently perform RCA and come up with timely resolution steps

(9) Participate in Product Retrospective - Project (postmortem) review. Include assessment of benefits realization, lessons learned, operating costs, support, usage. Assess product lifecycle

(10)Bring New ideas for improving Operations

(11)Participate in on-call rotation.
