Role Summary
We are seeking a Service/Delivery Partnership Specialist to drive service delivery excellence through strategic stakeholder management, operational governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience in P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, cost optimization, and commercial contract closure, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead service partnership and delivery initiatives across stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key business partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer outcomes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report service performance metrics.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate service delivery risks and issues.
  • Facilitate governance and stakeholder review meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with service agreements, contractual obligations, and operational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and cost optimization efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and launch of new service offerings.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in service delivery, stakeholder management, or partnership management roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with P&L ownership/support, forecasting, budgeting, cost optimization, and commercial contract management/closure.
  • Excellent communication, governance, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
