We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and organized Bid Manager to lead and orchestrate strategic, high‑value bid responses for a major German reinsurance client. This role requires a self‑starter who can independently manage complex bid cycles, collaborate with a diverse set of global stakeholders, and ensure timely, high‑quality proposal submissions. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Bid Leadership & Ownership

  • End‑to‑end ownership of the bid lifecycle—from qualification to submission and post‑bid follow‑ups.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all bid-related activities and communication streams.
  • Drive bid timelines, deliverables, and governance processes to ensure readiness for executive reviews and client deadlines.

 

2. Stakeholder & Program Orchestration

  • Coordinate with global delivery teams, solution architects, pricing, legal, finance, and executive leadership to construct comprehensive and competitive proposals.
  • Facilitate bid workshops, solution alignment meetings, and review cycles.
  • Manage complex stakeholder groups across time zones, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.

 

3. Content & Proposal Management

  • Develop, refine, and structure proposal documents, including executive summaries, solution narratives, value propositions, and compliance matrices.
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality of proposal content while maintaining alignment with client expectations and organizational brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and leverage knowledge repositories, previous bids, boilerplates, and templates for efficiency.

 

4. Process Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to bid management frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance guidelines.
  • Manage confidentiality, approvals, and documentation as per enterprise sales governance.

 

5. Strategic Enablement

  • Work closely with sales/account leadership to understand deal context, client priorities, win themes, and competitive landscape.
  • Contribute to deal strategy, solution positioning, and creation of differentiators tailored to the reinsurance industry.
  • Drive continuous improvement of bid processes and best practices.

 


 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Outstanding organizational skills, including planning, prioritization, and deadline management.

Ability to operate as an orchestrator in complex, multi‑disciplinary programs.

 

Professional Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in bid management, proposal management, pursuit management, or similar roles within IT services or consulting.
  • Experience working with clients in the insurance/reinsurance sector, preferably German or European markets.
  • Familiarity with large, multi‑tower services bids (e.g., ADM, cloud, infra, data, platforms).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, deal governance, and solutioning cycles.

 

Tools & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with proposal automation tools, bid management platforms, or content management systems (desirable).
  • Ability to interpret technical solution inputs and translate them into clear business-focused narratives.
