We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Spring-based microservices, AWS cloud, and PostgreSQL to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems. In this role, you will take ownership of backend components, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend services using Java and Spring (Spring Boot / Spring Cloud)
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with a focus on scalability, resilience, and performance
• Lead development and deployment of applications on AWS cloud, following cloud-native best practices
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, providing technical guidance
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior team members
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and monitoring
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis
• Ensure security, reliability, and maintainability of backend systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
• Strong expertise in Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot and Microservices
• Proven experience working with AWS cloud services
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, complex queries, performance tuning)
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Experience with messaging/streaming platforms (Kafka, SQS, SNS, etc.)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus)

• Ability to take technical ownership and work independently
• Good communication and collaboration skills
