We are currently seeking a Technical Design Lead to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

'•    Acting as the technical lead accountable for the overall delivery, quality, and stability of functionalities.
•    Leading and contributing to technical design activities, including translating functional and business requirements into High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
•    Ensuring compliance with architecture standards, coding guidelines, and design best practices across all components.
•    Reviewing and approving technical designs, code, and implementation approaches to ensure solution quality and consistency.
•    Collaborating directly with OTN Architects to align application designs with network architecture and telecom requirements.
•    Interpreting and clarifying requirements and effectively communicating them to the development team.
•    Identifying technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early and proposing appropriate mitigation strategies.
•    Identifying technical and team capability needs and mobilizing required actions in coordination with management.
•    Providing technical guidance to resolve implementation issues and blockers.
•    Engaging with clients and stakeholders when required, including technical discussions, design walkthroughs, and clarifications.
