Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years in eCommerce technology roles, with 5+ years as a solution architect.
• Strong background in system integration (payments, logistics, ERP/CRM/OMS, third-party services).
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopware, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and bespoke/custom applications using .Net, Java, NodeJS.
• Proven track record in RFP responses, proposal writing, and pre-sales solutioning.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft or similar integration tools (Dell Boomi, Informatica, Apigee).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and headless commerce implementations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers).
• Strong grasp of eCommerce business processes (catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, fulfillment).
• Ability to lead client workshops, requirement analysis, and solution roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Certifications in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, Shopware, or MuleSoft.
• Experience with global eCommerce rollouts, including multi-currency, multi-language, and tax/localization.
• Familiarity with MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).
