We are currently seeking a SAP ABAP Architect - HYBRID to join our team in Benton Harbor, Michigan (US-MI), United States (US).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Architect solutions in SAP ECC landscape for ongoing customer projects.
• Coordinate work with Offshore teams to ensure work completion for ongoing tasks and delivery activities.
• Customer meetings to discuss solution architecture and designing of functional and technical solutions as required in projects.
• Work with teams on Service Management tasks as part of the Support process.
• Create Project Schedules and Plans with customer Business Analysts and 3rd party Solution Leads.
• Participate in design workshops for customer business tower leads and end-users.
• Highly keen on ensuring NTT DATA wins across projects by liaisoning with NTT DATA Practice, Sales and Delivery teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• 15 years of SAP work experience in IT with at least 10 years as an ABAP Developer on SAP ECC.
• 10 years of Lead experience in customer projects.
• Must have a blend of Technical and Functional knowledge in analysis, design, development, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of various applications preparation of cut-over plan and go-live activities.
• Prior work experience of development and support of SAP Fiori, NetWeaver Portal, Business Server Pages, WebDynpro (ABAP or Java), etc.
• Experience in all aspects of SAP WRICEF development - such as - Designing, Development, Testing, Debugging, Deployment and Support
• Experience in ABAP on HANA, (ATC Checks, CDS View Consumptions and SQL Script),
• Candidates with prior integration experience architecting solutions for SAP with 3rd party applications such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, Coupa, Concur, MES, OpenText, IBP, SuccessFactors, Ariba Network, etc. would be highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) would be beneficial.
• Developed technical, mapping specs for various Interfaces and EDI messages.
• Have very good understanding of various Business processes and SAP processes in OTC, P2P.Worked extensively in traditional SAP cross application integration using EDI/ IDOC/ BAPI/ RFC technology.
• Must have experience in writing User Requirements, Low Level Design document, Unit Testing Plan, Test case documentation,
• Familiar and comfortable with SAP enhancements, BADI, BAPI, function modules, etc.
• Experience with SAP best practices, development tools such as debugger and CHARM migration tool,
• Limited Functional Experience in one of these application modules - MM, SD, FICO, PM, PP, etc. would be highly beneficial.

Nice to Have Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA Experience.
• Experience in Solution Manager 7.2, (Creating Test Plan, Test Step designer and SolDOC),
• Hands-on SAP ABAP code optimization techniques.
