We are currently seeking a SAP ERP Project Coordinator to join our team in Bgl, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

SAP ERP Project Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities (Business Data Activities)
Coordinate with Business Core Team members to ensure complete, accurate, and timely data clean-up, data cut-off, validation, and readiness for SAP ERP go-live across all in-scope business processes (e.g., WBS, Purchase Orders, Production Orders, Sales Orders – Product/Project), including UAT support, sign-offs, and hypercare.
Key Deliverables / Outputs
Key Responsibilities
1) Business Data Clean-up & Readiness
2) Data Cut-off & Cutover Coordination
3) UAT Coordination & Business Sign-off
4) Production Data Verification, Go-live & Hypercare Support
5) Governance, Communication & Reporting( meetings, status update)
6) End-user Query Resolution & User Support
 
Data clean-up plan and consolidated tracker (object-wise owners, due dates, completion status).
Data cut-off plan and cutover activity tracker with dependencies and go/no-go readiness checkpoints.
UAT coordination tracker (test data readiness, defects log, retest status) and UAT completion sign-off pack.
Production data verification checklist and reconciliation summaries with business confirmations.
Weekly meeting minutes (MoM), action log, RAID log, and stakeholder communications.
Go-live/hypercare issue log and closure confirmation from business.

Preferred SkillsExperience in SAP S/4HANA implementationsFamiliarity with tools like JIRA, SAP Solution ManagerKnowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
