NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Clinical Service Desk Delivery Advisor to join our 24/7x365 Clinical Service Desk to support business operations. We are focused on delivering better outcomes through the continuous improvement of services to clinical end users and patients.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Works within existing tools to track productivity, costs, volumes, volumes by geography and cost recovery
  • Updates monthly, quarterly and annual tracking tools to provide oversight to leadership for operational cost and effectiveness
  • Helps to identify and design new tools and work without our matrix organization to create business tracking tools as needed to find optimal operations
  • Participate in monthly Clinical Service Desk financial staffing levels and cost projection to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Drive monthly contact reporting for cost recovery tools
  • Lead a team of account specialists to ensure accuracy for timely accounting to drive accurate invoicing and internal cost structures
  • Serve as the primary source of truth for monthly delivery volumes captured by the working committee
  • Serve as the primary point of contact from our delivery organization to our finance and account facing teams
  • Closely aligns with the Clinical Service Desk Practice Leader for ad hoc data mining and reporting needs
  • Closely aligns with the Clinical Service Desk Delivery Director for ad hoc data mining and reporting needs
  • Create and maintain an expert level of working knowledge of Clinical Service Desk operation, financial strategy
  • Create and manage new business cost models based on solution strategy and design created by the Practice Leader and Delivery Director
  • Create a matrixed relationship with sales teams, delivery teams, legal teams and finance teams needed to participate and drive our sales execution processes
  • Applies analytics to identify new or recurring operational, productivity, and/or customer satisfaction problems
  • Participate on pursuit teams to help ensure the Clinical Service Desk is accurately solutioned and included in the deal structures, marketing materials and overall needs to help support our sales teams
  • Occasional travel required

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree or work experience equivalent

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated success managing priorities and meeting deadlines and achieving or surpassing goals in fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated track record of service excellence and superior communication (written and verbal) and interaction skills with clinicians and colleagues
  • Experience in managed service delivery
  • Experience in service desk operations
  • Expert Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience drafting or modification of contracts
