Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition team. This role will facilitate and orchestrate the smooth running of the hiring process through the provision of excellent customer service to internal management and candidates engaged in the recruitment and selection process.

We are seeking an individual with a passion for outstanding customer service to provide support and assistance with the organizing, execution, and administration of the selection process.

You will have the ability to manage several tasks at the same time, work well under pressure and prioritize work appropriately. The ability to demonstrate the NTT DATA values and develop new ways of working where appropriate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiter with Interview and assessment coordination and scheduling.
  • Produce HR Employment Contracts for new hires/joiners.
  • Workload management
  • Weekly Management Information Reports
  • Ensuring that data integrity, accuracy and SLAs are met by the team
  • Ownership of the Operation Manuals and other process documentation
  • Assist the recruitment team with the ongoing improvement of the candidate’s experience
  • Produce contracts for new employees
  • Support the recruitment team with administration and recruitment tasks on a daily basis


What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable customer service experience working with a diverse range of customer profiles
  • Previous experience working in recruitment HR coordination role
  • Knowledge and use of applicant tracking systems ideally SuccessFactors
  • Strong level of capability with MS Excel.
  • Experienced dealing with unpredictable and challenging situations
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Confidence to work under own initiative with a proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail is a key requirement
  • Ability to be flexible and multitask with strong organization and planning skills
