We are currently seeking a Delivery Associate Director to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

QA SME (Subject Matter expert):

o            Support QA coordinator on the defect management calls.

o            Guide QA Testers on their Requirement

o            Test case design/execution review

o            Bug retest assign/review

o            Test Strategy / Testing roadmap creation for a given situation(s)

o            Testing Estimation for a given scenario(s)

o            Division of labour and Onsite/ Offshore management skills

o            Flexibility to create test cases and execute test cases without any hesitation

o            Visibility on upcoming testing trends in the market such as Self healing, AI/ML, GenAI, Cloud Enable testing, etc.

o            Ability to work on RFP/RFI and scaling up the existing business technically

o            knowledge on Test Environment Management and Test Data Management is  mandatory

o            Attend Client calls.

o            Support business users

•            Requirement analysis

o            Identify data environment.

o            Identify data set.

o            Identify testing scope.

•            Programs

o            SQL basic to intermediate level - Necessary

o            Intermediate to advanced Excel – Necessary

Not required, but good to have skills:

•            Can work independently.

•            Good analytical skills

•            Be able to communicate with project team members and if needed represent QA in team meetings.

•            Good experience in analyzing requirement and derive from them test plans and test cases.

•            Testing Management systems (HPQC, Jira, ADO) – Optional

             8+ experience in Delivery Management-Operations and Management
