We are currently seeking a Delivery Director to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of software projects and services. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and leading cross-functional teams, including the QA/Test Manager. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational management experience within software development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Development, QA (Test Manager), Product, and Operations.
• Define and implement delivery governance, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure effective planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs, metrics, and reporting.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution at a strategic level.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related matters.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery and quality processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations when applicable.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software development and delivery management roles.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams, including QA leadership (e.g., Test Manager).
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and programs.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
• Experience with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
• Solid financial and budget management experience.
• Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining attention to operational details.

Nice to Have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Experience in global or distributed team environments.
• Background in DevOps or cloud-based environments.
• Experience managing vendor or third-party relationships.

This role requires a strategic leader who ensures high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and alignment between technical execution and business objectives.
