We are currently seeking a Quality & Performance Senior Manager (REMOTE) to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and manage the Quality Assurance function within our software development organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in QA processes and software testing, with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of modern development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously improve the overall QA strategy and testing processes.
• Lead and manage the QA team, including test engineers and automation specialists.
• Plan, estimate, and oversee all testing activities across multiple projects.
• Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery of releases.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Project Managers, and stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and quality metrics.
• Oversee test automation initiatives and promote best practices.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality policies.
• Identify risks related to quality and define mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software QA/testing, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test strategies, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or other modern development methodologies.
• Proven experience managing QA teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience with CI/CD environments and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Nice to Have

• ISTQB certification or similar.
• Experience in performance, security, or API testing.
