We are currently seeking a Remote L2 Production Support to join our team in or near CDMX, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

The Remote L2 Production Support team member will work remotely from their home office in any city in Mexico.

A Remote L2 Production Support team member is self-motivated with an ability to work on one’s own with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, pays attention to detail, is highly organized, and possesses excellent follow-up skills. Via strong written and verbal skills, a Remote L2 Production Support team member can summarize complicated technical information for people who are less technical. A remote L2 Production Support team member is also excellent at influencing team members at all levels, and possesses the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with senior leadership, colleagues and clients.

Basic qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology 
• Experience using SQL and Linux/Unix
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in either a System Administrator or Application support role
• An understanding of any one, or more, of the following Technology Risk domains to include information security, business continuity, technology resilience, controls monitoring, risk assurance and risk governance: Jira, ITIL
• Ability to perform analysis or troubleshooting when an issue arises, and providing possible alternatives to help establish solutions and confirm remediation of the issue
