We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Mandatory Skills

1. Strong experience in Source Control tools like: Stash, Gitlab
2. Expert experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using: Gitlab CI & Bamboo
3. Strong knowledge and working knowledge on Cloud: AWS (EC2, ECR, S3 Buckets, IAM role, Lambda, CloudWatch)
4. Experience in Container Management: Docker
5. Experience in Orchestration tool: Kubernetes services. 
6. Artifact repository: Nexus
7. Advance experience in application monitoring Tools: Datadog/Dynatrace
8. Experience and Admin on messaging Services: Kafka
9. Knowledge on API management: WS02
10. Log management: Splunk.
11. Code as Infra: Terraform
12. Troubleshooting production issues and proposing a quick fix
13. Unix/Shell scripting
14. Curious and focused on continuous improvement.

Job Description:

14. Create/manage Build pipelines in Bamboo and Gitlab
15. Troubleshooting of build and deployment failures
16. Release Management
17. Experience working within DevOps team.
18. Effective communication with client on issues and opportunities for improvement
19. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to resolve technical issues and fix problems.
20. Work within ServiceNow to create requests and changes.
21. Assisting developers as requested through Jira tickets.
22. Analyze application logs for errors and performance bottlenecks.
23. Documentation of processes and procedures
24. Champion improvements and drive efficiencies through teamwork
25. Patch creation and deployment.
26. Work with minimal direction.
27. Identify priorities and communicate barriers effectively.
28. Influence change
29. 8+ years of relevant work experience
