Field Tech Senior Associate

• Assist GCC in troubleshooting the network & link related issues
• Extending a support for the onsite network device installations & replacements
• Assist GCC in trouble shooting B2B network related issues.
• NAC health check & monitoring.
• Raise network RFCs for facility related Changes.
• Devices & Circuit  inventory management
• Periodic Service quality review
• Redundant link test for all in country Links, IPLC & ATM network links.
• Assist PSO team in follow up actions suggested by them for the various Firewalls installed across India.
• Coordination with Capacity team to upgrade the network infrastructures across the country.
• Equipment's Rack layout location & Labelling – Updates
• Asset verification.
• Periodic network diagram updates.
• Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.

• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Requirements:-

• Proven hands-on network engineering experience
• CCNA and CCNP should be an added advantage.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
• Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• University degree in Computer Science or a related subject
• Should be able to lead and manage a team of network engineers.
