HC & Insurance Operations Senior Rep.

In these roles, you will be responsible for:
Be thoroughly familiar with the day-to-day activities of the Billing process.
Show the zeal and drive to learn, take initiative in equipping one-self through induction & clientspecifi c training.
Actively participate in all educational & training activities like Refresher training on billing andcompliance.
Should know and understand patient enrollment & insurance selection / charge posting / cashposting / denials and refunds.
Should know and understand the fi eld specifi cs of Practice Management application.
Follow processing and client related protocols.
Should be able to analyze and understand information given in the source documents (Patientregistration sheets, charge sheets, EOBs etc.) prior to keying data into the specifi ed fi elds in thesoftware application.
Should focus and achieve on the set targets and cooperate with the respective team in achievingthe set Turn around Time keeping a high accuracy level.
Should have indepth knowledge in the process and work towards taking decision that will havepositive impact in RCM.
Maintaining patient confi dentiality.
Required Skills for this role include:
Should have completed any graduation.
Good in typing
Ability to work regularly on scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm IST orrotational shift based on client requirement.
