•Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to issues

•Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.

•Ticket Triaging based on problem description.

•Basic Knowledge on Service Request Management and Incident Management(Ticketing Tools like Remedy, Service Now etc)….

•Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.

•Strictly adhering and understanding the process and work accordingly.

•Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation





•Good Knowledge in Unix Commands

•Basic knowledge in SQL and Shell Scripting.

•Understanding in Retail Technologies.

•Proven working experience in providing help desk support.

•Basic Knowledge on computers.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills.
