We are currently seeking a Product Owner (MMIS Processing) to join our team in COLUMBIA, South Carolina (US-SC), United States (US).

Role:

· Agile Scrum Product Owner

Responsibilities:

· Certified Product Owner familiar with managing Epics/Features/User Stories and story

pointing as well as working within scrum teams as a business SME.

· Manage the backlog; create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall

strategy and business objectives

· Work with technical staff and business stakeholders to create deliverables and artifacts that

are intended for audiences of varying levels of technical and business knowledge

· Participate in and lead design level discussions to provide recommendations on document

and artifact deliverables based upon administrative, technical and management aspects of the

agency transformation initiative

· Map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.

· Understand and anticipate the client’s needs to manage the development more effectively

process.

· Work alongside appropriate staff, teams, stakeholders and other points of contact (POCs) as

required, to understand the business goals, objectives, and requirements of complex

information systems and business processes

· Work with technical staff and business stakeholders to create deliverables and artifacts that

are intended for audiences of varying levels of technical and business knowledge

· Organize and write supporting technical and project documents as needed

· Revise documents as changes or modifications to information systems and services occur

· Use technological and administrative skills to plan, organize and achieve both clearly defined

and “in-flight” business processes

Required Skills

 8+ years experience including the following:

 5+ years: Experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile Scrum project

 3+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, reporting and management

 3+ years of experience working on data-centric projects

 3+ years: Working with a variety of Applications/Methodologies including but not limited to:

       *Confluence

       *Jira

       *JAMA

       *Azure DevOps

       *TFS

· BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Desired Skills

· Experience in health insurance domain

· Prior experience in working with MS SharePoint, Project Web App


Soft Skills:

· Ability to coach and guide developers on technical language

· Fast learner and eager to learn

· Team Player

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience and creativity to succeed when presented with challenges; does not wait to be told how to proceed

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,920- $145,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
