We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO developer Support Analyst to join our team in Calgary, Alberta (CA-AB), Canada (CA).

Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Developer Support Analyst

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations applications for various clients, from a developer perspective . You will work with the client generated support tickets through all phases, from initial response through resolution. You may also be asked to contibute to product enhancement initiatives as directed by the client or project implementation teams. You will be focused on work that requires the attention of a skilled developer in D365 FO.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your knowledge of finance & supply chain processes and best practices to advise and guide the customer to solutions that will resolve technical issues and improve the product to suit their needs. 
• Develop, test and deploy required modifications to address client issues and enhancements to teh solution required by the client
• Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals.
• Demonstrate the capacity to plan, prioritize and organize your time, schedules and activities.
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program.
• Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications.
• Develop and test detailed technical designs for business solution components and prototypes as required .

Basic Qualifications

• minimum 3-5 years experience as Dynamics 365/AX developer (Customization and Reporting)
• good functional knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain modules
• Experience working with Stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and draw out requirements
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical certification is an asset
• Microsoft Power Platform experience is an asset
