We are currently seeking a L2 Production Support Specialist - Charlotte, NC to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

L2 Production Support Senior Specialist

Location : Charlotte/Texas/New Jersey

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Involved in Analysis of new/unknown issues
• Deployment of work around data/configuration issues
• Engage and work with L3 team for RCA
• Update known error articles
• Problem ticket management for critical and repetitive incidents
• Assist in preventative maintenance
• Help to provide enhancements/tuning for environment efficiency and stability

Basic, Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field
• Minumum eight years' experience in:
  • EDC Ingestion/Data Products: Current exposure to TIAA applications highly preferred. AWS – GLUE(required), EMR, EC2 ; Airflow(required), Python(required), Pyspark, Snowflake(required), Redshift(optional), Terraform, Git Hub, Datastage
  • Consumption: Starburst, AWS, SQL, API, Springboot, Python, Shell scripting,  Tableau, Power BI, Airflow
  • Tools: Confluence, JIRA, Service Now, Splunk, Collibra, Autosys, MYSQL workbench, Iceberg, DMS
