NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Process Designer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

 

 

Project Deliverables:

The RPA Practitioner will successfully collaborate across one or multiple business consulting clients and cross-functional groups to document Robotics Process Automation and help achieve their goals and objectives as leaders of the financial services industry.

 

Role Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

*Assist with the identification, analysis, evaluation, prioritization and implementation of automation solutions.

*Document current state process steps and work flows along with developing optimized future state process steps and work flows leveraging recognized process improvement methodologies.

*Deconstructs processes to document data flow, decision logic and field level detail to ensure thorough conversion of business process details in to success criteria for development team to build successful solutions.

*Run workshops with client SMEs to understand the end to end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation.

*Present summary of findings to the client and walk them through to-be design of the automated process.

*Work successfully in geographically diverse cross-functional team collaboration working with both functional and technical teams.

*Provide outputs for weekly due diligence updates with the client.

*Understanding the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process.

 

Basic Qualifications:

* One year of experience in direct RPA delivery work, having contributed to at least two successful RPA implementations.

* Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or Business Administration from an accredited University is required. Master of Science (MS) in MIS of CS, Master of Business Administration, or other applicable graduate level degree is preferred.

*Three years of experience documenting current state process steps and work flows along with developing optimized future state process steps and work flows leveraging recognized process improvement methodologies

 

Preferences:

*Financial Services Industry experience is preferred but not required

*Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred by not required
*Business Analyst certification from recognized certifying body preferred but not required

*Consulting experience is preferred but not required

 

Education:

* Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or Business Administration from an accredited University is required.

*Master of Science (MS) in MIS of CS, Master of Business Administration, or other applicable graduate level degree is preferred.
