We are currently seeking a Transformation Executive, Senior Director to join our Client Growth team with a focus on Healthcare. We cover Life Sciences, Payer, and Provider. This role will work remotely from your home office located within the US with travel required to meet with clients as necessary. (Remote but Domestic travel required up to 60%. May also include international travel based on client.)
The Transformation Executive is a strategic door opener who can present NTT DATA’s holistic capabilities in a differentiated fashion. They are a storyteller who is expected to build credibility with client C-Suite and become a trusted advisor that helps shape the customer’s technology strategy within the Healthcare indusry vertical. The Transformation Executive has a proven background in transformational sales; they may even be ex-CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs who have led a successful transformation of their organizations.
The Transformation Executive must have a broad understanding of NTT DATA’s offerings and strength in one of NTT DATA’s primary industries. They work with key clients and partner with the broader NTT DATA team to create account growth strategies, build a pipeline of transformational opportunities, and create compelling points of view on trends and art of the possible outcomes. As they build senior relationships, earn client trust and open doors, the Transformation Executive will work with and through the relevant members of our pursuit pods and help create and present relevant value propositions that solve client specific business problems.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Earn the trust of customer C-Suite decision makers through a deep understanding of technology-driven business transformations
- Create and present Points of View on emerging technology trends (e.g. AI strategies, hybrid cloud solutions, digital experience transformation, etc.)
- Craft outside-in value propositions that connect client business needs with technology trends.
- Co-author account growth strategies along with matrixed sales teams. Manage both sides of the relationship as a trusted advisor.
- Engage early with customer technology and business leaders to build relationships and gather a deep understanding of the customer’s current needs and challenges.
- Work collaboratively across multi-solution and cross-functional organization with Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, and Client Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure that solutions align with the customer's business goals and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of the solution vision, scope, and value proposition.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the enterprise architecture domain and leverage them to create innovative and competitive solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in transformational sales, complex deal pursuits, or consulting sales roles, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience (i.e. 4 additional years of work experience).
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic sales strategy at the C-Suite in Fortune 300
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing and closing complex (mega deals) deal cycles that meet customer requirements and expectations.
- World class communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and concisely.
- Strong knowledge and experience in various technology domains, such as cloud, data, AI, security, network, infrastructure, applications, etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, with multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Enterprise architecture background is a plus
- Certification by one hyperscaler provider
- Capable of executive discussions with one or two line of business areas (HR, MFG, SCM, FIN)
- Experience with large-scale, Fortune 200, IT systems crossing on premises and public cloud

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $180,000 - $400,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
